The first of the bound volumes of the service is a report of the federal procedure in its first year under the new rules. The cases reported herein were decided between the effective date of the new rules and August 18, 1939. The cases and other material, which become available since that date, will appear in the current loose-leaf volume. From year to year, as the material accumulates, permanent volumes will be substituted for the loose-leaf pages.
