Containing various acts passed until the Union, i.e. covers the period 1685-1707.
Each session of Parliament has a separate title page, variously dated 1685-1707, but pagination and register are continuous.
The first title page, with imprint dated 1685, refers on the verso to Agnes Campbell's petition of 1705 to print the acts and for the Lords of her Majesties Privy Council to prohibit "all other persons whatsoever to print, reprint, sell, vend or import into this Kingdom any of the said Acts of Parliament for the space of nineteen years after the date hereof". Agnes Campbell was the "relict of Andrew Anderson, Her Majesties Printer". This text is signed by "Rob. Forbes."
