Supreme court. : In the matter of the application of Thomas S. Bassford to have determined and enforced a lien claimed by him for legal services rendered to George F. Johnson in a proceeding heretofore pending in this court, enititled, "In the matter of the application of the mayor, aldermen and commonalty of the city of New York, relative to acquiring title ... required for the purpose of opening Leggett avenue ..." The funds upon which this lien is claimed are now in the hands of the comptroller of the city of New york.
