To provide for the appointment of a commission to inspect and report on the condition of Indians, Indian affairs, and for other purposes / Mr. Holman, from the Committee on Expenditures for Indians and Yellowstone Park, submitted the following report, to accompany bill H.R. 6973, the Special Committee of the House of Representatives appointed by the speaker on the 4th day of March, 1885, to inquire into the expenditure of public moneys in the Indian Service and the Yellowstone Park.
