Summary
1861 report of the Committee of Elections regarding the loyalty of Sherrard Clemens, Caleb Boggess, and Benjamin Wilson. The first two were found to be disloyal to the state and Confederacy; therefore the committee resolved that they should be expelled from the Convention.
