Memorial to the General Assembly of Virginia : the memorial of the undersigned on behalf of a convention of citizens recently assembled at Brownsville, from Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Ohio, respectfully sheweth : that their constituents having learned that the Baltimore and Ohio rail-road company were in want of increased capital to enable them to resume their useful and noble work, deputed them delegates to said convention, to consult as to the means of assisting said company to recommence their great improvement.
