Summary
A committee of the soldiers sentenced to life imprisonment request that their trial counsel, Major, now Lieut. Col., Grier, intercede on their behalf. At this point the Lieut. Col. is of the opinion that he has made his position known during the trial and feels that his further intervention would not be appropriate.
