Summary
A brief account of some public occurrences in the Province of Pennsylvania in the administration of Governor John Penn. Penn arrived without notice, and the same day there was an earthquake. The current Lieutenant Governor was not pleased to be dismissed. Then followed page after page of Indian atrocities and white atrocities in return, resulting in a considerable number of Native American refugees. It was a struggle to find a safe place for them, but they finally settled in New Jersey.
