Summary
The House Assembly had judged William Moore for writing and publishing libel against the last House and for refusing to answer petitions against him in his capacity as Justice of the Peace in Chester County. Therefore, the Sheriff was to take Moore into custody and put him in gaol until further notice. Signed by Thomas Leech, Speaker.
