Extract from Sir William Johnson's letter to Peter Wraxell, Secretary for Indian Affairs bearing date from his camp in the woods between Onondaga and Tuscarora Friday evening July the 2d 1756 [so after the cessation of hostilities] Johnson said he thought he had finished all matters with the Six Nations, but then the Delaware came in, with the Ohio Delaware also coming. He expected to get everything done shortly and would see Wraxell soon.
