Summary
There were three listed deliveries containing weapons, gunpowder, and lead. Two deliveries went to Reading and one large one to Carlisle. Franklin bought and distributed the arms while the Governor was in Newcastle. There was a chronological list of dates, places, and items delivered beginning on July 25, with one delivery each in August and September, plus six more in October.
