Summary
June 29th, 1774 letter from Richard Peters to William Logan about the state of Pennsylvania. Peters indicates he received queries from the governor which he is sending. Responses to the queries are to be sent to the secretary of state. The queries are not included with this letter. Also noted in the letter is that answers ought to include the information that "Wm. Johnson has the Department of the Indians intirely committed to him and that all matters relating to Indian affairs are to have been considered by the Indians for sometime past as only to be managed by Sir William."
