Summary
Mr. Morris wrote his letter from New York City. He was unsure if the reinforcements directed toward the Ohio ever made it there. Most of the letter was devoted to the cowardice of General Abercrombie and its aftermath for failing to fight, even though he had many more troops than the enemy.
