Summary
William Johnson wrote out directions for George Croghan on November 24, 1756. Croghan was to travel to Philadelphia, learning the disposition of any Indians he saw on the way. Any who were willing to join the English could come to Ft. Johnson for arms and ammunition. Try to find out why the Delaware attacked the frontier. Also try to find an old Onandaga so he could come to a Council.
