Report of the Joint Standing Committee on Indian Affairs, on the petition of John Attian, Governor of the Penobscot Indians : and many others of the tribe, asking for protection against money being drawn from the Indian fund by persons not authorized to receive the same. Also, on an order of the Legislature, requiring the Committee to report the amount paid in bounties to the Penobscot Indians, the last year, together with the number of bushels of the several agricultural products, and whether bounties have been paid to persons not legally entitled to them.
