Note
Report from Isaac R. Clark, Land Agent, to Josiah S. Little, Speaker of the House of Representatives. Clark notes that the report is in compliance with a request from the Maine House of Representatives, and includes "a list of cash demands in this office secured upon the lands for which they were taken." (Page [1]). Two tables are provided: "A schedule of cash securities due in the Land Office, the state retaining a lien upon the lands for which they were received," includes names of promisors, dates, maturities, amount, int. paid, and prin. paid; "School fund," includes the same information.
