Letter from Isaac R. Clark, Land Agent, is addressed to Josiah S. Little, Speaker of the House of Representatives. The letter is dated Feb. 14, 1856. The letter is followed by a section, with numerous tables, entitled "Schedule of cash securities due in the Land Office, the date, amount, time of maturity, amount paid in principal and interest, the township or tract for which the same were given, and on which the State retains a lien, and the amount already paid on each of said tracts or townships."
