"The Joint Special Committee, to whom was assigned the duty of reporting 'a statement of facts relative to the State Reform School, and the propriety of uniting with the same the proposed Stock and Experimental Farm,' and also the subject of fitting up 'a room in the capitol as a depository of seeds and agricultural implements,' have had these subjects under consideration, and beg leave to submit the following report ..."--Page [1].
Committee report, signed at end by Alonzo Garcelon; and communication of the governor to the House of Representatives about the state reform school and amounts paid to the commissioners appointed to oversee the construction of State Reform School buildings. Tables provide amounts paid to commissioners H.J. Anderson, John W. Dana, and Henry Carter, in 1850 and 1851.
