In Senate, Feb. 8, 1340. Ordered, That the Special Joint Committee, appointed to investigate the doings of the Boston and Providence Rail-road Corporation, be directed to ascertain and report information in the following particulars, viz.
The Joint Special Committee, appointed by the order of February 6, having attended to the duty of their appointment, respectfully report / By order of the Committee, Foster Hooper, Chairman
