Arguing "that whereas the said Josiah Little, Esq. was arrested on an execution for debt in the town where the General Court was in session, and while he was attending the said Court at the present session thereof, in the character of a representative aforesaid, the said arrest of the said Little, was a violation of the privileges of the House of Representatives, and is therefore void."--Page [1].
