Summary
Massachusetts bill that states that "William Pierce, Daniel A. Perkins, George Winslow, Uriah Chamberlin, Gilbert Haven, James Crane, William Barrett, and their associates, successors, and assigns, be, and they hereby are, constituted a corporation by the name of 'the Proprietors of the Middlesex Bridge.'" (Page 1-2). The corporation is authorized to build a bridge over the Mystic River, to keep the bridge in good repair, to compensate those whose real estate is taken, and to charge a toll to reimburse money expended.
