Ordered, that the Attorney General be directed to examine and report to this Board, whether the petition of Abijah Goodrich and others, for a rail-road in Charlestown and Cambridge, interferes with the rights of the Commonwealth in the flats in, over, or near which the same is proposed to be located; and also what rights the Commonwealth have to the flats which lie between the proposed road and the shore, and also between said road and the channel.
