Summary
The Governor sent, as information, Resolves from the State of North Carolina complaining that people aboard a slave ship that wrecked in British waters were manumitted in the Bahamas. There was a report and request from the Lunatic Hospital about the urgent need for additional space, with a plan and estimates included. The Governor was in favor of the request. There were three other letters.
