Summary
"That the Proprietors of the Boston South Bridge are hereby authorized and empowered to sell, assign, and transfer to the City of Boston, the Franchise and Materials of said Boston South Bridge, to have and to hold the same to the said City and its successors forever, provided that said City shall pay to said Proprietors, on or before the fifteenth day of September next ensuing, the sum of Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-six Dollars and Fifty-six Cents."--Page [1]-2.
