The committee of both Houses, to whom was referred so much of the communication of His Excellency the governor, as related to the report of the joint committee of both Houses of the General Assembly of the state of Ohio, on the communication of the auditor of that state, upon the subject of the proceedings of the bank of the United States, against the officers of state, in the Circuit Court of the United States, have had the same under their consideration, and ask leave to submit the following report.
