The Committee appointed by a resolve passed on the eighth day of January instant, "to inquire into, and report to this legislature, as soon as may be, respecting the doings of the Sutton Bank, and the present state thereof, also to inquire whether the said corporation comply with the rules, restrictions and conditions required by their act of incorporation" have attended to the duty assigned them and respectfully submit a report which accompanies this.
