Summary
Report of a minority of the Michigan House Committee on Banks and Incorporations "to whom was referred the bill 'to amend an act entitled an act to authorize the sale of the Central Railroad, and to incorporate the Michigan Central Railroad Company, approved March 28, 1846.'" The minority proposes an alternate bill (not included). Discussed are finances, the Detroit and Port Huron road, the Great Western Railway Company in Canada and their construction of a railroad between Hamilton and London, taking stock from a foreign government, Windsor route, and state policy. The report is signed by Noah H. Hart.
