Two versions of an act by the Massachusetts Senate and House of Representatives which would repeal acts related to courts of session and directed the "method of laying out highways." It also would enact instructions related to the appointment of county commissioners, provides instructions for courts of sessions related to the work of county commissioners, and gives instructions for highway work and the activities of county commissioners related to that work. There also are additional instructions related to county commissioners.
