Summary
Report of the Maryland Joint Committee which reviewed the condition of St. John's College. The report concludes, "The committee would recommend St. John's College to the favour of the Legislature, and the patronage of the citizens of the State." (Page 3) The report is signed by Richard Potts, Chairman of the Committee of the Senate, and Stephen Collins, Chairman of the committee of the House of Delegates.
