Summary
Report of the Maryland House Committee on Ways and Means on state funds. The committee found that the Treasurer performed his duties and, in fact, additional ones which related to oversight of funds, would justify additional remunerations. A table of the Treasurer's receipts for years 1826-1838 is included. The table includes the Free School Fund, Tobacco Warehouse Fund, Funds for the Judges of Balt. county Court, and Sinking Fund.
