Summary
Report of the State Lottery Commissioners which provided a statement of compensations, perquisites and advantages of each of the commissioners who have been acting as such for the previous three years. Also attached is the Committee on Lotteries review of memorials requesting the abolition of lotteries; the committee denied said request. The report is signed by Wm. R. Stuart, E. Hughes, and J.S. Williams; Baltimore, Feb. 21, 1839.
