The report is addressed to the House of Representatives of Ohio and is signed by trustees, James Hoge, N.H. Swayne, and William M. Awl. A report to the Board of Directors of the Institution for the Blind is signed by N.B. Kelly, Superintendent. It is dated February 23, 1839.
