Summary
Report submitted in response to a joint resolution of the Ohio General Assembly, which stated, "That Jacob Medary, William Trevitt and Heman A. Moore be appointed, with full power and authority, to investigate the accounts and vouchers of the several members of the Board of Public Works up to this time, and report the result of such investigation to the adjourned session of the General Assembly, to be held in July, 1842." The report covers activities related to the investigation, limitations of the resolution, and statements of moneys received and disbursed by the acting members of the Board of Public Works. The acting members of the Board of Public Works reviewed are R. Dickinson, Leander Ransom, Timothy G. Bates. The report is signed by Jacob Medary, William Trevitt, and Heman A. Moore, and is dated Aug. 10, 1842.
