Summary
Report in response to a resolution of the Ohio House of Representatives requesting information on the amount raised by taxation for a sinking fund, how sinking funds are applied and invested, how much is due to the sinking fund, amounts loaned to railroad companies, copies of contracts, agreements, certificates, and obligations, the amount of public debt which is funded and unfunded, amount of canal revenue raised from taxes, and the amount of money borrowed annually to pay interest on the public debt. The report is addressed to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and is signed by N.H. Swayne and Alfred Kelley.
