Summary
Report of an investigation of the German Bank of Wooster, following an act to repeal its charter. The report includes information on bank directors and stock shares they received, and additional information on stocks, notes, finances, and the actions of bank directors. Actions taken by the Bank Commissioners are included, too. The bank closed on September 6, 1841, apparently without consideration of the Board of Directors. The report is addressed to R.P. Spalding, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and is signed by B. Latham, William Conclin, and Eber W. Hubbard, Bank Commissioners.
