Summary
Report from the Virginia House of Delegates to Ohio, related to legislation necessary to protect Virginia inspected salt from the inspection laws of other States. The report indicates that salt inspected at the Kanawha, Virginia, port is inspected at that port and is surpassed by none produced elsewhere. Salt transported into Ohio is subject to reinspection and charge for the reinspection. The report was sent to the Governor of Ohio for presentation to the Ohio legislature for their consideration. It is signed by George W. Munford, C.H.D. (Clerk, House of Delegates). Governor Bartley of Ohio sent it to the Speaker of the Senate of Ohio.
