Summary
1837 special report of the Board of Public Works regarding the probable cost of improving Big Raccoon, by cleaning its channel of drift, and constructing a lock at each mill dam on said creek from the mouth of the stream to its forks, and also to Kinney's mill.
Note
The report is addressed to the House of Representatives, is from the Office of the Board of Public Works. It is signed A. M'Connell, Pres't, and is dated March 4, 1837.
