"The special committee, to which was referred the resolution of the senate, of the 25th of January last, proceeded, without delay, to communicate a copy of it to each of the banks of this commonwealth, with a request for the earliest practicable reply. Your committee feel much gratification at the ready promptness evinced by each of the banks, and now beg leave to submit their detailed and separate replies."--Page 1.
