Summary
1845 Vermont resolutions regarding the tariff and distribution of the proceeds of sales of the public lands and against the annexation of Texas. These resolutions were sent to the Virginia governor and then submitted to the House of Delegates.

Letter of transmittal from Ja: M'Dowell, Executive Department, is to the Speaker of the House of Delegates and is dated February 11th, 1845.
