Summary
John Heckewelder's Description of Northeastern Ohio, part of the western country. A note at the end indicated that when Moses Cleveland started for the lands of the reserves in 1796, this account, the Moravian missionaries and a map hanging on the east wall near the office were the principle sources of information given to Cleveland. Notice on the map that the line of Lake Erie is east and west.
