Summary
February 4, 1831 Second Auditor's statement regarding the James River Company, the Dismal Swamp Canal Company, the Richmond Dock Company and the Upper Appomattox Company. Included in the report were the cost of construction of each, the gross and net amounts of tolls and rents for 1830, and the cost of repairs and other estimates and calculations as to the value of the public funds vested in said companies.
