Report of the House Committee of Finance regarding the regarding the Treasury Department, as referenced in the Governor's Message. Attached was a bill to prescribe the mode of paying public monies into and out of the Treasury, as well as several suggested forms to be used should the bill become law.

"The Committee of Finance, to whom was referred so much of the Governor's message as relates to the Treasury Department, beg leave to report in part, that they have prepared a bill, to prescribe the mode of paying public monies into and out of the Treasury; and in order that the practical operation of the plans therein directed may be better understood, they beg leave to annex the several forms which it is presumed will be used, should the said bill become law."
