Summary
Preamble and resolutions of the General Assembly which asserted the right of the state legislatures to instruct their United States senators, as well as to disapprove the their conduct following the past session regarding the Bank of the United States. The resolutions stated that these senators owed a duty of obedience to the state legislature's instructions unless unconstitutional.
