Summary
Reports from Adjutant General Cooper of the Confederate Government and General Dimmock of the Ordnance Department of Virginia. Included in the reports were a statement of the Virginia troops in the Confederate Army, as well the a listing of the arms issued and still remaining in the Virginia Armory.
