Summary
Report of the Select Committee regarding the amendment of the United States Constitution to limit the president to only one term. The committee resolved, after deliberation, to encourage the Virginia Congressmen to seek alteration of the presidential and vice presidential term to one six year term; the president thereafter would be thereafter ineligible to return to that office.
