Summary
Report of the Committee on Elections in the Marin contested election between Alexander Gordon and Archibald C. McAllister as a member of the Assembly. After taking testimony, and reviewing for evidence of illegal votes, the committee determined that Gordon won by five votes and was the actual winner.
