The report is addressed to the Speaker of the House of Delegates of Maryland, and is signed by M.C. Sprigg, President. The report includes information from: Robt. Barnhard, Treasurer; Charles B. Fisk, Chief Engineer; and Thos. Turner, Clerk, Ches. & Ohio Canal Co. Tables include lists of engineers, agents, and officers employed by the company and the compensation each received.
