Concerning the petitions of Nahum Waite, Alpheus Davis and Ephraim Bruce for relief from judgements requiring them to pay John Murray for mortgages which Nathan Davis and Ephraim Bruce gave to Murray and which were subsequently confiscated from Murray by the state of Massachusetts and paid by the petitioners to the state.
