中国审判理论研究会刑事审判理论专业委员会于2014年年底在山东青岛召开了2014年年会暨"国家治理与刑事审判功能发挥"专题研讨会.本次会议以"国家治理与刑事审判功能发挥"为主题,围绕刑事审判理念更新与机制建设,刑事冤假错案防范,刑事审判舆论应对,非法证据排除的标准和程序以及危害食药安全犯罪,毒品犯罪,性侵害未成年人犯罪等专题开展了征文活动.截至12月底,研究会秘书处从全国法院,高等院校提交千余篇论文中,经严格评审,共选出90篇论文,作为本次年会的优秀论文,进行会议交流,并汇编成册集结出版.
