During the years 1898-1902, the decretos legislativos of the President were considered the laws of Colombia. The volume for 1905 includes the Constitution, laws, decree laws of the president, and circulars. In 1906, there are only decree laws of the President. In 1907-1908, the volumes include actos legislativos and the laws.
Beginning with 1910 the title varies irregularly; some have title Leyes, some Actos legislativos y leyes, some Acto legislativo y leyes.
Publisher varies.
